SHIPPING INFORMATION
At World Cup Store, our goal is to provide reliable and efficient shipping to all customers, regardless of location. We work with trusted international logistics partners and dispatch orders daily to customers across multiple regions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully verified, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment within 48 hours after the order is placed. This includes inspection of football shirts and related apparel to ensure product quality and accuracy.
Shipping & Delivery Time (United Kingdom)

Average shipping time: 8–20 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days (processing + shipping)
In most cases, orders are delivered within 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs inspections, postal service delays, strikes, or periods of high demand. These circumstances are beyond our control and may impact delivery schedules.
Delays & Order Tracking
In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than the estimated timeframe. If your order is not received within the expected delivery period, World Cup Store will contact the relevant carrier, customs authorities, and fulfillment centers to assist in locating your package.
If an order has not been delivered after 120 calendar days, a full refund will be issued.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 7 days for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
Returns and Non-Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

Incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent delivery address provided at checkout;

Absence of a recipient at the delivery address after multiple delivery attempts;

Refusal to accept the parcel;
the order cannot be cancelled, and responsibility for reshipping lies entirely with the customer.
In such cases, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be required to pay a new shipping fee for the order to be shipped again to the correct address.
If the customer chooses not to pay for reshipping, the order will remain on hold and will not be refunded, as the original shipping service was properly fulfilled.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
All delivery attempts and collection instructions (when applicable) can be monitored using the tracking number provided at dispatch.
Multiple Packages
Depending on product availability and fulfillment center location, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. This is a normal logistical process and does not affect the overall delivery of your order.
Additional Information
Due to differences in screen settings and display calibrations, product colors may appear slightly different from the actual item. Minor variations in tone or detail may occur and do not constitute a product defect.
