RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At World Cup Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your football shirt or related apparel arrives defective, incorrect, or if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

After 24 hours, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will already be in the fulfillment or shipping process.

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe and the item has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

2. Returns – Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received;

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any postal or courier packaging;

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

If these conditions are not met, the return request may be refused.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable when the item has been delivered correctly and is in perfect condition.

3. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items – 30-Day Guarantee

All products sold by World Cup Store are covered by a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery.

To request a return, replacement, or refund for a defective or incorrect item, please provide one of the following:

  • A short video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue, along with the original shipping packaging and visible label; or

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error, with the parcel label visible.

Our support team will review the submitted materials. If the claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • A replacement item of equal value (subject to availability); or

  • A full refund, including shipping costs.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, incorrect sizing selection, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

4. Allergic Reactions

World Cup Store is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities to fabrics, dyes, or materials used in football shirts. Customers are advised to review product descriptions, materials, and care instructions carefully before use.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account or card statement again;

  • Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times may vary;
